Vouchers in ALNY
Voucher costs $100, it does not grow in value since it is not listed on the exchange.
Once the company reaches an income of over $25 000, vouchers will receive monthly accruals on the 1st of each month — before redistribution in the “Benefit” and “Tourism” directions.
For example: in a certain month the company earned $25 000. Each voucher gets $0.05.
Formula of calculation: $25 000 / 500 000 vouchers = $0.05 per voucher 👍
The company’s income grows — the payouts will also grow 💯
Important: a voucher cannot be sold back to the company.
There are two types of vouchers:

1. Voucher purchased from the company. Accruals come from:
- — 25% of the income from the “Millennium” game
- — 1% of the marketplace turnover
- — 1% of the company’s turnover

2. Voucher purchased from a partner. Accruals come from:
- — 1% of the marketplace turnover
- — 1% of the company’s turnover

3. Gift Vouchers
- — 1% of the company’s turnover
Additionally: partners who left the company but still have gift Vouchers will receive income only in proportion to the time they were in the company.
Important: When the company becomes a joint-stock company, the Voucher will be exchanged for a share. 1 Voucher will equal 1 share.
Income structure for vouchers
1. The first type of income — 1% of the marketplace turnover.
1% of the total marketplace turnover is distributed only among purchased vouchers
This is the first source of income for voucher owners.
2. The second type of income — from the companys total turnover.
Income is calculated from the companys total turnover (all company income without expenses).
The calculation is applied to all vouchers, based on the maximum number of issued vouchers — 500,000. (In other words, the entire company turnover is distributed among 500,000 vouchers).
This income is credited to all owners of purchased and gift vouchers proportionally to their quantity
3. The third type of income — from games.
All income received from games is divided in half: 50% goes to the company, and the other 50% is distributed as follows:
25% — allocated to purchased vouchers
15% — to gold-level patrons
10% — to silver-level patrons
